Lead Conneqt Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 16441847, with its registered office in Leicester. We provide a fully managed outbound SDR function for B2B companies, covering prospect research and data preparation, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, human telemarketing, reply handling, qualification and meeting booking as a single programme. This policy applies to information collected through our website and our services.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you give us directly, such as name, work email, company, phone number, and the content of your message when you book a call, send a written enquiry, subscribe to our newsletter, or request a resource.
- Information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL, via standard server logs and the analytics described in section 8. We also use your IP address briefly, in server memory only, to limit repeated form submissions and protect our forms from abuse.
- Information from our clients about their target prospects, handled under the terms of our service agreement.
When you submit a form on this site, your submission is delivered to our team by email and handled in our business email system. We record the page you submitted from and, where present, the campaign parameters that brought you to the site (such as UTM tags) so we know how you found us.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver services you request.
- To send occasional updates about our services, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To improve our website and offerings.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where GDPR or similar frameworks apply, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases: your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate business interests (including B2B outreach to business contacts), and compliance with legal obligations.

8. Cookies and tracking
We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies on leadconneqt.com:
- Essential: needed for the site to function, including remembering your cookie consent choice. Always active.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager, used to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Only loaded when you accept.
- Advertising: Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags, used to measure ad performance and show relevant ads on other sites. Only loaded when you accept.
We use Google Consent Mode v2, so until you accept, no analytics or advertising cookies are written. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the button below, which reopens the cookie banner. The same control appears as “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page. You can also contact us and we will action it for you.
We also store a small entry named lc_attribution in your browser's local storage. It records how you arrived at the site (for example campaign tags in the link you clicked, the landing page, and the referring site) so that if you later book a call or send an enquiry we know which campaign brought you. It stays in your browser, and you can remove it at any time by clearing site data.
Calendly is embedded on our contact page to enable meeting bookings. Calendly may set its own cookies, governed by the Calendly privacy policy.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United Kingdom. Some of the providers we use, including our website hosting, Google (analytics and advertising) and Calendly (bookings), may process data in the United States or other countries. Where data is transferred outside the UK we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses, where required.
10. Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
