About Lead Conneqt
Lead Conneqt is an outsourced SDR function. We run the outbound sales development work for B2B companies as one managed programme: ICP development, account selection, prospect research, data preparation, messaging, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, human telemarketing, reply handling, qualification, meeting booking, follow-up, pipeline updates and weekly reporting. You get the function without building the team.
We work best with B2B companies that have a proven offer, sell to a definable buyer with deal sizes that make outbound economics work, and want the outbound function running without hiring and managing an in-house SDR team.
It is one managed function rather than a menu of services you assemble. Research, cold email, LinkedIn and real people on the phone run as a single sequence against the same account list, every prospect is researched against your ICP, qualification criteria are agreed with you at kickoff, and activity and outcomes are reported weekly.
The model suits any B2B company with a definable buyer and a considered sale. That includes manufacturing, engineering and industrial or technical suppliers as readily as SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, logistics and professional services. If the buyer can be identified and reached, we can build a programme around them.
Process
We can describe the programme timeline, not the market's response to it. Kickoff covers ICP, qualification criteria, messaging and the calling material. Sending infrastructure is then set up and warmed while data is prepared and callers are briefed. A soft launch runs at controlled volume so the messaging can be checked against real responses, then volume steps up. Meeting numbers are targets agreed with you at kickoff and reported against weekly, not outcomes we predict in advance.
Week 1 covers ICP definition, qualification criteria, messaging direction and infrastructure setup. Week 2 covers account selection, data preparation, sequence build and the calling material. Week 3 is a soft launch at controlled volume. Week 4 onwards is the full run, with activity and outcomes reported weekly and the material revised as the market responds.
A short weekly check-in and a direct channel for quick feedback. You provide product and market context, review the messaging and calling material before it goes out, and take the meetings that get booked. We run the rest.
Yes. Every new sequence is sent to you for approval before it launches. Once a sequence is approved and performing, we iterate autonomously and share results weekly.
Real people, not automated dialling. Calling runs alongside email and LinkedIn against the same account list. The calling material is built per campaign, covering the opening, the qualification questions, the objection responses and the outcome rules, and callers are briefed on your product, market and objections before the first dial. They represent your brand on the call.
Every call has a defined outcome recorded against the account: meeting booked, keep open, recycle for a later follow-up, or disqualified. Prospects who go quiet or say not now are tagged and called again later rather than dropped. Objections are handled from a prepared framework rather than improvised.
We course-correct. We review data weekly and make adjustments to targeting, messaging, or channels as needed. If a channel is fundamentally not working for your market, we reallocate budget to what is.
Pricing and engagement
One managed programme, scoped and quoted per engagement in pounds sterling. What moves the number is the channel mix, the volume you want worked, the market you sell into, the seniority you are calling and how complex the offer is to qualify. Book a strategy call and we will put a written scope in front of you.
We typically recommend a three-month runway. Sending infrastructure has to be set up and warmed before volume can safely rise, and the messaging and calling material are revised in cycles as the market responds, which needs enough conversations behind it to be worth acting on. Month to month is available for select scopes.
We stand behind the work and the process. We do not guarantee specific meeting numbers, opportunities or revenue, because too many variables sit outside our control, and we put realistic targets in writing at kickoff instead.
Campaign visibility and pipeline reporting are included with every engagement. You see the accounts being worked, the outreach that has gone out across email, LinkedIn and the phone, the outcome recorded against each call, and the meetings booked. Activity and outcomes are reported weekly against the targets agreed at kickoff.
Technical and data
No. We set up separate sending infrastructure for the campaign: dedicated domains, mailboxes, authentication records and a warming period before volume rises, so your primary domain is not used for cold outreach. We monitor sending as the campaign runs and keep volume within disciplined limits.
Accounts are selected against the ICP agreed at kickoff, and contacts are researched and verified for the campaign rather than lifted from a bought list. Telephone data is screened against TPS and CTPS, and a Do Not Contact list is maintained and shared with you.
Outreach runs on a legitimate-interest basis for B2B under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, with opt-outs actioned immediately. Telephone data is screened against TPS and CTPS before calling, a Do Not Contact list is maintained throughout, and campaigns follow the rules of the markets they run in.
Meetings, account records and outcomes are visible in the campaign tracker and handed over in a format agreed with you at kickoff, so your team has the context of the conversation as well as the diary entry.
You do. All prospect lists, contact data, and records generated during the engagement are yours. We do not keep copies after an engagement ends.
